Payment for Large Commercial Jobs

I am a general contractor with three large commercial buildings with approximately 150,000sq ft that need new floors. I can’t put down a deposit but I can pay you every 90 days for the work completed. Can you come and see it?

Of course I could come and see it. A jobs of this size would require a deposit before any work could begin, and paying on a 90 day scale is too long. Unless we can negotiate, I wish you luck with your buildings.
